Key Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and update precise 3D BIM models.
Ensure all models are well-coordinated, accurate, and compliant with industry standards and project specifications.
Generate clear, coordinated drawings using Revit.
Work closely with architects and engineers to maintain model consistency and quality.
Provide support to the BIM team and architectural staff across various project-related tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in a relevant field such as architecture, engineering, or construction
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in BIM modelling
- Proficient in BIM and CAD software including Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
- Solid understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems, along with general construction methods
