Formed in Shanghai, China.
Begins undertaking major government and cultural projects in cities such as Beijing, Nanjing, Shanghai, and Chongqing.
Participates in the construction of the China Building for Chicago’s World Fair.
1948
Established to Hong Kong.
Participates in early high-rise residential and commercial developments in Hong Kong.
1960s
Growth in project variety and volume as Hong Kong’s prosperity expands.
Undertakes institutional buildings for the Hong Kong Government, including hospitals and schools.
1970s
Expands clientele to include public companies and international corporations.
Undertakes substantial projects for both public and private sectors, including comprehensive housing developments and large-scale commercial complexes.
1980s
Becomes a limited company in 1984.
Engages in large-scale urban planning and housing estate design.
Scale of projects designed reached 800,000m2 GFA.
1990s
Participates in project design in major Chinese cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou.
Extends services into interior cities like Chengdu and Xian.
1997
Engaged by the SAR government to participate in the massive public housing scheme following Hong Kong’s handover to China’s Special Administrative Region (SAR).
