Key Responsibilities
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate design updates and resolve issues related to the BIM model.
Assist in the setup and upkeep of the Common Data Environment (CDE) to ensure efficient data management.
Oversee the CDE to support seamless collaboration and information exchange across teams.
Coordinate BIM models and technical drawings from multiple disciplines.
Track project progress and ensure alignment with established BIM standards and protocols.
Act as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders to ensure clear communication.
Support and guide the Assistant BIM Coordinator and BIM Modeller through mentorship and technical assistance.
Requirements
- Degree or Higher Diploma in a relevant discipline such as architecture, engineering, or construction
- 2 to 5 years of experience in BIM modelling or related areas
- Possession of relevant certifications (e.g., CCBC, BIM Co, AHKIBIM) is an advantage
- Proficient in using CDE, BIM, and CAD software such as ACC/BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in both Cantonese and English
