Key Responsibilities
Responsible for project administration tasks, including the preparation of presentation drawings and materials.
Assist with concept design, schematic design, detailed design, tender documentation, and construction drawings.
Support the tendering process and contract administration.
Coordinate client meetings and site visits.
Provide assistance to Architects in various services and other ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements
- Holder of a Master’s degree in Architecture Studies or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience preferred; fresh graduates will also be considered
- Highly motivated, dependable, and results-oriented
- Resourceful, analytical, and well-organised with strong attention to detail
- Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
- Skilled in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and other graphic presentation software
