Key Responsibilities
Responsible for local public or private projects from design stage to project completion.
Responsible for taking the lead for professional / technical staffs from conceptual design to construction stage.
Familiar with local practice and building control system.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience, with HKIA membership or an equivalent professional qualification, preferably with handson experience in HKHA / Government projects
- Experience in government projects will be a strong advantage
- Creative, proactive, and capable of managing project and design tasks independently
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, and 3D modelling, which are essential for the role
- Accredited NEC registration will be considered favourably
- Knowledge of BIM tools (Rhino / Revit) will be considered favourably
