The centre is a 3-storey shopping mall connecting to a large housing estate, with all the shops, restaurants and clinics arranged on the southern and northern wings around a 3-storey central atrium. The accent colour and intricate details in the external facade are intended to liven up the entire housing estate, making the shopping centre the anchor point of the entire neighbourhood.
