Cheung Kong Center is a Grade A office skyscraper located at Central. The building stands 283 meters tall with 70 floors, making it one of the most prominent commercial towers in Central. It was developed by CK Hutchison Holdings, serving as the headquarters for the conglomerate.

The development consists of 145,000m² GFA 64 floors of a first-class office building with six levels of basements to accommodate 1,000 carparks. The ground-level public open space was designed to amalgamate with the surrounding historical buildings of St. John’s Cathedral and the Court House, together with their contiguous landscape area, into a much-needed urban open space. The building features a sleek glass façade, offering 360-degree panoramic views of Victoria Harbour and the surrounding cityscape, it is connected to Central’s pedestrian walkway system, ensuring seamless access to nearby commercial hubs.
