The project is located in Dongling Town, Hui’an County, with a site area of 33,800m². The master planning is to create a quality and sustainable built environment in the area with a total GFA of 101,500m² mix-used development. It consists of 15 residential towers and a commercial shopping street. The façade is designed in an Art-Deco style.
