Vision City is a large private housing estate located in Tsuen Wan West. An urban renewal project at Tsuen Wan old town centre. Five 45-storey residential towers provide 1,900 apartments above a 26,000m² shopping podium that accommodate neighbourhood social amenities, transport terminus and pedestrian footbridge linkages, all grouped around a central public open space, with vertical greening. This project was awarded HK-BEAM Platinum. With a large residential clubhouse covering approximately 180,000 square feet, featuring around 40 facilities, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a bowling alley, and tennis courts.
