The project is located in the new township of Nanjing Hexi district and is split by a reserved road. The proposed 30,000m² artificial lake attempts to combine two lots into one, creating a sustainable man-made lake as a focal point for the development. With a site area of 130,000m², the development comprises mid-rise residential towers & villas with a total GFA of 213,682m².
