The project is located in Huayang town Chengdu and consists of 2 phase developments on a 400,000m² site. The design embraces the existing character of the land, responding to its topography and creating a high-end luxury sense to that area. Phase 1 mainly consists of villas designed in modern European architecture. A man-made lake is a focal point in the phase 2 development, providing 110,000m² GFA for detached villas & townhouses. The design is to make a strong relationship with nature and water. A similar design approach is applied to Phase 3 development, & designed in Modern Classic.
