The project is located in the North commercial zone in Wuhan City, with a total site area of 143,320m². It consisted of 4 lots divided by Xinhua West Road & MaChang Road. The master plan design creates a better connection between the lots while providing special design features with moderate segregation between the residential & commercial areas. The development comprises 302,764m² residential GFA & 103,169m² commercial GFA, which accommodates offices, hotels & clubhouses.
