Kam Tai Court is a Home Ownership Scheme (HOS) estate located at Ma On Shan. Phase 2 of this Housing Authority Project calls for 1,200 HOS flats in five specially designed “single aspect” blocks together with a commercial/carpark centre to buffer the rest of the development from the traffic noise of Ma On Shan Road. The estate features Kam Tai Shopping Centre, a two-storey commercial podium with supermarkets, restaurants, convenience stores, medical clinics, and a wet market.

Additionally, the estate includes community facilities such as playgrounds, badminton courts, basketball courts, and landscaped gardens.
