Jubilant Place is a large-scale private residential estate located at 33 Ma Tau Kok Road and 99 Pau Chung Street, To Kwa Wan, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Developed by the Hong Kong Housing Society, it was completed in January 1998 as part of the Urban Improvement Scheme. The estate consists of seven residential towers, offering a total of 900 units. The apartments range in size from 691 to 1,042 square feet, catering to different household needs. Due to height restrictions imposed by the former Kai Tak Airport, the buildings are between 13 to 19 stories tall. The estate features a landscaped garden, children's playground, and a two-story shopping mall named Jubilant Place Shopping Centre, which houses various retail stores and restaurants.
