Grand Millennium Plaza / Cosco Tower is an urban renewal project on a site of 7,200m² located in the old city district of Sheung Wan. The plaza consists of two office towers: Cosco Tower (High Block) and Grand Millennium Plaza Low Block, along with a landscaped garden. The piazza concept is an architectural solution that creates a setting for social intercourse. The redevelopment of 100,000m² GFA features a 52-storey tower and a 28-storey low block flanking an urban piazza linking the waterfront area of Wing Lok Street and the upper level of Queen's Road.
