CONCORDIA Tsat Sing Kong is a transitional housing project located at Pat Heung, Yuen Long. This is the first eco-village-themed transitional housing project in Hong Kong. The estate consists of 14 four-story residential blocks with Modular Construction (MiC) method, offering a total of 909 units including barrier-free units, designed to accommodate approximately 2,082 residents. Each unit is equipped with a private bathroom and a cooking area, ensuring basic living amenities. The estate features a community farm named "Star Garden", a self-service laundry room, a small convenience store and a recreational plaza, etc.
