Xiaobailou Subdistrict was a gateway to China & the most important business centre in Tianjin during the early last century. The objective of the master plan is to take a balance between the historical context & existing condition, revitalizing the area to its past glory. The masterplan proposal is an 18 ha site area with a total GFA of 950,000m² consisting of commercial/serviced facilities, residential, hotel, green belt & infrastructure.
