The project located in Huayang town Chengdu and consisted of 2 phase developments on a 400,000m² site. The design embraces the existing character of the land, responding to its topography and creating high-end luxury sense to that area.Phase 1 is mainly consisted of villas, designed in modern European architecture.
An man-made lake is a focal point in the phase 2 development, providing 110,000m² GFA for detached villas & townhouses. The design is to make a strong relationship with the nature and water. The similar design approach is applied to Phases 3 development, & designed in Modern classic.

Yuen Long

12 residential towers (8-10 units / floor), providing 2,580 units with 120,000m² GFA and with approx. 6,025m² club house facilities.

A residential development consists of total 228 units in 6 nos. 19-storey residential towers on a 3-storey podium comprising clubhouse and underground carpark. GFA: 36,630m².
