A redevelopment of an Electric Company’s headquarter located at mid level above Kennedy Road.
The 52m high building consisted of 10 offices floors with 2 floors of parking and houses a complicated set of transition machinery. The exterior façade design was designed by K.P.F. of USA.

Sai Wan Ho
Two public buildings; the Film Archive Building is devoted to the record keeping, restoring and displaying of Hong Kong produced movies with a special section reserved for the old films, together with auditoriums & lecture halls and the Leisure Center compliments it with compatible recreational facilities for the enjoyment of district population.
