The Guangzhou Water World is to be built on a 70 HA site of Ersha Island in the Pearl River, comprising of indoor and outdoor facilities so as to allow operation at all seasons and all weathers.  The aqua-clubhouse will cater for water recreational sports.

THE PARK AT LOHAS PARK

Tseung Kwan O

An Iconic building incorporating a community hall and communal facilities within the central open space of a massive residential township boasting green living and eco-friendliness.  Green features including rainwater harvesting, grey water recycling, renewable energy sources and use of environmentally friendly building materials set an example of sustainable development achieving HK-BEAM Platinum award that serves to reinforce the eco-theme of the whole Development.

RUNWAY PARK

Kai Tak

Phase 1 (at 2.77 ha) of the Runway Park is located at the tip of the former Kai Tai Runway.
The main design theme of the park emphasizes on an aviation theme, historical Kai Tak artifacts such as the Red/White arrival checkboard is kept along the seawall, the main circulation path of the park also respect the historical alignment of the Kai Tai Runway.
Furthermore, in the overall master planning of the park, a disused 2-storey historical fire station would be converted into a visitor centre.

This beach facility incorporating change rooms, boat storage and watch tower expressed in a collage of nautical elements.
