Equipped with the latest M/E & communications systems, it towers at a height of 40-storey with a 5-storey annex. In terms of a acommodation, it creats a self-sufficient office community complete with restaurants, shopping arcade, bank fittness club.
Bristling with futuristic architectural treatments and appropriate green features, it truely aspires to establish itself as a new landmark office building of the region.

The development consist of 145,000m² GFA 64 floors of first class office building with 6 levels of basements to accommodate 1,000 carparks. The ground level public open space was designed to amalgamate with the surrounding historical buildings of St. John’s Cathedral and the Court House together with their contiguous landscape area into a much needed urban open space. The building was designed in collaboration with Leo A. Daly and Cesar Pelli from USA.
