50-story twin towers located in Shanghai, with a podium of 1,200-seat international concert hall, galleries, restaurants, clubhouses & banks. Total GFA is 103,000m² consisted mainly of office use.
The 200m high twin towers aims to become a new landmark in Shanghai, it’s modern classic style finished in combination of stone cladding & curtain wall attempts to create a harmonious relationship with The Bund context.
CHEUNG KONG CENTRE
Central
The development consist of 145,000m² GFA 64 floors of first class office building with 6 levels of basements to accommodate 1,000 carparks. The ground level public open space was designed to amalgamate with the surrounding historical buildings of St. John’s Cathedral and the Court House together with their contiguous landscape area into a much needed urban open space. The building was designed in collaboration with Leo A. Daly and Cesar Pelli from USA.
