Central
The prominent site is located on the waterfront on Connaught Road Central with an area of 1,802m².  The design of this 6-storey utilitarian substation structure intends to be compatible with the Grade A office buildings surrounding it.

Tsz Shan Monastery

Tsz Shan Monastery consisted of buddhist temples based on the Tang dynasty, a 76 meters high Guan Yin statue (2^nd highest in the world) and dormitories.

Hung Hom

A student hostel housing 1,512 nos. student bedrooms for a population of more than 3,000 students.  Other facilities including a 335 seats lecture hall, swimming pool, warden suites and student lounges.

Admiralty

A redevelopment of an Electric Company’s headquarter located at mid level above Kennedy Road.
The 52m high building consisted of 10 offices floors with 2 floors of parking and houses a complicated set of transition machinery.  The exterior façade design was designed by K.P.F. of USA.
